Jessica Richards
Jessica Richards oversees the William Penn Foundation’s Democracy and Civic Initiatives program, which encompasses an $18 million annual grantmaking budget. She manages grantmaking related to advancing the program's Census Participation, Regional Funder Collaboration, and Civic Initiatives objectives.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in theater and political science from the University of Evansville and an MPA from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania. Jessica serves on the Governance Committee of the Nonprofit Repositioning Fund and the Board of Directors of Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia.
