Facilitator's Guide for Partnering for Student Success: A Practical Guide to Building Effective School-Based Partnerships

This Facilitator’s Guide provides all of the tools and materials that school leaders need to train others in successful partnership development. It was designed to complement the toolkit, Partnering for Student Success: A Practical Guide to Building Effective School-Based Partnerships. This new guide will help facilitators introduce and encourage the use of the Partnering for Student Success toolkit by district staff, school leaders, partnership coordinators, teachers and partner organizations engaged in school-based partnerships.

This Facilitator’s Guide also comes with access to the necessary materials (slides, handouts, etc.) for implementing successful school-based partnerships.
