
Rebecca Morley
Rebecca oversees and directs all strategic communications and external affairs initiatives for the Foundation. Collaborating closely with leadership and staff, she plays a key role in advancing the Foundation's grantmaking efforts through her work to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that encompasses media relations, digital content, thought leadership, storytelling, issues management, and the cultivation of strategic partnerships.
Rebecca previously worked at Devine + Partners, where she served as Vice President and Chief Growth Officer and represented some of the Mid-Atlantic region’s leading organizations. In that capacity, she represented a variety of clients including the Pennsylvania Environmental Council, to promote recreation on the Tidal Delaware River; the Circuit Coalition, to brand the region’s trail network; the Philadelphia Zoo, to garner attention for its groundbreaking Zoo360 trail system; The Franklin Institute on its Philadelphia Science Festival; and many others.
She graduated from Lehigh University with a B.A. in journalism and a concentration in public relations.
