Katherine (Kathy) H. Christiano is the Chair of the Foundation's Board of Directors, a position she has held since 2022.
With a background in early childhood education, youth sports development, and nonprofit management & fundraising, Kathy currently teaches preschool in Wayne, PA.
Prior to this role, she served as a coach and Development Manager at Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education. Kathy started her career as a preschool teacher at Wilmington Friends School. In addition to the William Penn Foundation, she serves on the boards of the Stoneleigh Foundation and the Pennsylvania State Board of Education.
Kathy holds a bachelor’s in Early Childhood Development & Education from the University of Delaware and a Master’s in Public Administration, with a focus in nonprofit management, from Villanova University.
