Chelsey Lowe
Chelsey Lowe manages grantmaking under the Democracy and Civic Initiatives program related to advancing our Civic Initiatives and Responsive Local Government objectives.
Prior to her role at the Foundation, Chelsey served as the Impact Labs Program Manager at the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, where she led the Well City Challenge, a citywide awareness campaign and social impact incubator to support community-based ventures addressing millennial physical and mental health challenges. She previously held positions with Drexel University's College of Computing & Informatics, Black Women Talk Tech, and the Enterprise Center. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Geography/Urban Studies from Temple University. Chelsey is passionate about Black art, travel, and mental health.
