Amy joined the investment team in June 2011. She is a generalist with a specialization in global public equities and venture capital manager selection. Amy plays a key role in asset allocation, due diligence, and research across various asset classes. Before joining the William Penn Foundation, she was part of the Public Finance Strategies team at Lehman Brothers and later at Barclays Capital. There she worked closely with municipal issuers on their funding strategies and capital plans. She brings over 20 years of experience in investment management, capital markets, and public finance to the Foundation's investment activities. 

Amy earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Amy also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) professional designations.

In her free time, she enjoys skiing whenever she can get to the mountains, playing tennis, hiking, and relaxing with a good book.
