Jamie Quinn
Jamie manages communications for the Foundation’s Environment and Public Space team. Her role focuses on sharing stories and highlighting the efforts of grantees working to expand equitable access to natural and community assets in Greater Philadelphia, and to reduce harmful impacts on the environment.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Jamie worked in public relations at Tierney communications agency and led strategy, media relations, social media, executive positioning, event management and more for clients including The Salvation Army, Girl Scouts, Ronald McDonald House Charities, McDonald's, Dow Chemical Company, and the Pennsylvania Tourism Office. Highlights of Jamie's client work include publicizing the brand new state-of-the-art Salvation Army Kroc Center in North Philadelphia; managing multiple new product launches; and running a 16-hour live television fundraiser for RMHC of the Philadelphia Region, raising over $1 million for the charity. Jamie is a lifelong runner and served on the board of Girls on the Run Philadelphia, a program for young girls that incorporates the joy of movement, for six years as their marketing chair.
Jamie earned her B.A. in Communications with a Professional Writing minor from Elizabethtown College. Outside of work, you can find Jamie making pottery and exploring regional trails with her family and two dogs.
