Market Research to Help Environmental Education Centers Develop Larger More Inclusive Audiences

This research study provides insights to help environmental education centers engage with new audiences, particularly those from nearby communities of color. The study examines people’s interest in environmental activities and centers and explores barriers and motivators to increase their engagement with centers. The study focused on centers that were part of the Alliance for Watershed Education, but offers guidance and solutions that are applicable to other organizations with environmental learning programs.
