National Voices, Local Efforts Convening Video (Quality talks Session 4)
On May 26, 2016, early childhood education providers and policymakers came together to dig into obstacles and opportunities for creating more high-quality seats in Philadelphia. The convening was designed to be a learning opportunity to hear from others around the country working toward increasing access to high-quality early education and included leaders from federal, state and local government, as well as educational experts from New York, San Francisco, Denver and Cleveland.
