Hillary is a program officer in Creative Communities, with a grantmaking portfolio focused on providing quality arts education experiences to Philadelphia students. Additionally, Hillary oversees the administration of the New Audiences/New Places strategy which funds arts organizations to create arts and cultural experiences, expanding into more neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia. Before joining the Foundation, she worked at a communications consulting firm in Manhattan, with a client roster composed primarily of small museums and cultural organizations, and prior to that was the Qualitative Field Director at a political polling firm, also based in Manhattan.

Hillary holds a master’s degree in arts administration from Drexel University and a bachelor’s degree in art history from Vassar College.
