Rashanda Perryman is responsible for a portfolio of grants related to early childcare and education within the Great Learning grant program. She has spent more than 15 years in early childhood development and has worked her way through the field from direct service to public policy. Previously, Rashanda was a policy associate at the Ounce of Prevention Fund in Illinois and at the Children’s Defense Fund in Washington, DC.
Rashanda earned an M.S.W. from the University of Texas at Arlington and a B.A. in early childhood education from Clark Atlanta University. She lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband and daughter.
