Hillary began at the Foundation in 2007 and works with the Creative Communities grant center. Her recent work has focused on the development of the Arts Education strategy, including a cross-programmatic evaluation component, and cultivating grants under the new strategy. Before joining the Foundation, she worked at a communications consulting firm in Manhattan, with a client roster composed primarily of small museums and cultural organizations. Previously, Hillary was the Qualitative Field Director at a political polling firm, also based in Manhattan.
Hillary holds an M.S. in arts administration from Drexel University and a B.A. in art history from Vassar College.
