Before joining the Foundation, Ariel worked as an investment analyst on the private equity team of the Princeton University Investment Company. She was responsible for comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis of top-tier investment managers—requiring monitoring data from hundreds of fund managers—and examining investment strategy, macro trends and manager ability to add value to portfolio companies.
Ariel earned a B.A. from the Honors Program in economics from Swarthmore College, with an honors psychology minor. There she was named a Eugene M. Lang Scholar for her work implementing financial literacy at IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program sites.
